He is a punk and his family isn't any better. He parties with his dad. Selena's friends have all left her because of him. That should tell her something. She was riding with him on that thing Friday, as well as driving it. She took a chance of getting hurt, as well.

Why in the world would they release him 'on a promise to appear in court on Sept. 29?' this makes no sense to me. He is a menace to society and needs to be incarcerated until the court date. Are they that ignorant to think he will not drive 'carelessly' until the court date???? He needs to do some serious jail time and receive intense counseling before he kills an innocent human being. docsgirl

His innate arrogance & entitlement are the most disgusting things about him, and they're being enabled constantly. Second, his anger issues.

I think his nice mom really tried, but his arrogant a-hole dad's 'parenting' ruled (& still does). He's just a little boy punk who thinks he's a gangsta-man.
