Canadian police say Justin Bieber has been charged with dangerous driving and assault after a collision between a minivan and an ATV led to a physical altercation in southwestern Ontario. Ontario Provincial Police say the incident happened Friday afternoon near Bieber's hometown of Stratford and that he was released on a promise to appear in court Sept. 29. According toCNN, Bieber's ATV allegedly collided with the minivan before the fight.

Earlier this month, Bieber pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges of careless driving and resisting arrest seven months after his arrest in Miami Beach following what police initially called an illegal street drag race. Bieber is also charged in Toronto with assaulting a limousine driver in late December. His lawyers have said he is not guilty in that case.

He seems 'out of control'. His license should be taken away. He has plenty of money to hire a taxi or limo to transport him here and there. Ridiculous. If I were his parent, I'd try to legally keep him grounded, or at least off the roads. There's plenty of evidence.

If Bieber continues down the same road he's traveling now he will either kill himself or kill someone else. No great loss if it's only him but sad if he takes others with him.

As for the Biebs, he started out so good. He was on Ellen several times an he was always so sweet and involved in so many charities. He has turned into a real punk. I would bet that Selena's family and friends would love to see him out of her life forever!
