ITA!!! How many Christmas sweaters along the years have been made fun of!?! In the '80's & early '90's we wore them for real. Especially when my kids were in elementary school and I wore them as a class mother. I was working at a sub acute rehab/long term care Center and the patients loved them!

That company from Sharks was purposely making the "ugly" Christmas sweaters. The 20 & 30 something have parties now themed after ugly holiday sweaters. And that was the companies target audience, if I'm remembering correctly.

People need to relax and just enjoy the holidays....all of them, every ones holiday. It's a sweater.

**to the OP~Nordstrom has always waited until after Thanksgiving. We do in our own home. Decorating starts around the beginning of advent or Dec1st. and, we leave them up through the Epiphany, which is about January 6th.

i can't stand when the media and merchandising rushes holidays. Valentine's Day will probably be out before New Years Day!!!

Re: Nordstrom's Announcement

How refreshing! A huge shout out to Nordie's, then. I do love this store and frequent it often yet I've not really ever noticed they adhere to a true calendar holiday display period.
