Noisy Neighbour upstairs

Hi,

I have moved to a condo recently. My neighbour upstairs is very nosiy. I can hear her footsteps and noises when items fall on the floor, and so on whole day whole night. I was waken up by 5 footsteps at 5 o'clock in the morning several times.

I am sure she has hard floor which is not allowed by HOA. How can I let her know about the noise that she makes really bothers me?
