I returned an item recently and received their usual email notifying me that they had received my return. As I scrolled down the email, I discovered that they charged me $7.99 for a "return charge". I have been shopping with them for at last 5 years, and this is the first time I have ever seen this and have been charged for returning an item. I wrote back and told them I was never informed by shopnbc of this policy and they certainly don't mention this so called policy while they are selling the product on air and that I will no longer be doing business with them.
