No fault

Cannot find the thread about the person who received a summons after an auto accident.

In Michigan we have "no fault" and you pay whether you are at fault or no. I have written about this before-----if you do not understand please do not reply. It is the law. There some exceptions,very few.

DH said years ago when this came up for a state wide vote attorneys were opposed to it and thre was a lot of hassle.
