I have no issue with it. Long ago I discovered that if I sent a return via UPS, it would be there in a few days and the money back in my account the next day. With USPS it took forever.  So, I always print out the return label because you are given the option of USPS or UPS.

I also don't order unless  I know I really want it and only return if it's defective so, my return shipping is free and the shipping fee TO me is also returned.

Allow me to also add that more often than not, when ordering clothing, those sticky back labels were often stuck to the bags or itself rending it useless and so, I'd have to print one anyway.

HSN has the option to use either a label for UPS OR USPS....QVC does not to my knowledge.

ALL QVC return labels are for USPS.  If you want to use UPS, you go and pay for it yourself.

QVC labels are only for the Post Office that I have ever seen.

@RespectLife   Goes to show you how long it has been since I returned something to QVC. The last time I did, it was via UPS (had another package shipping out via UPS, that's why I remember, lol).

I will no longer be ordering from Q due to being expected to pay for the return of an item I didn't order....I agree, poor customer service is not where I want to soend my money.

I've been with QVC since the beginning. That being said, about half the time I am not getting a return label with my items. I was told by TWO customer service reps that QVC was phasing them out because they just end up in landfills and people don't use them. Since when?!? Today when I called to request a return label to be mailed to me, I was told it was a printer problem. What is going on? I'm a disabled senior. I don't own a printer so I have to rely on snail mail. I'd really like an explanation. If not including return labels is your new po!icy, then you can say good bye to what was a long time customer.

What are you talking about???   Even QVC doesn't expect you to pay to return something you didn't order.

Sounds like you didn't bother to contact QVC CS about this.

I don’t have a printer either. A QR code makes things easier. That’s mostly what Amazon does.

Most of the companies we order from have stopped including an invoice or return label not just qvc.

I frequently order from other retailers. Only a few don't provide return labels. Amazon uses third party vendors making it difficult to provide return labels. That said, I always receive my return shipping charge because I'm a Prime member. Other retailers offer free shipping as part of their rewards programs.  Contacting CS at the Q is already time consuming and it is going to be even more difficult in the future.

I definitely will not use "bill to/ship to this holiday season. I can't ask my friends and family to go through CS for return address labels.

The Q should examine the quality and price of their merchandise if they want to reduce returns.

Re: No Return Labels

[ Edited ]

Haven't been looking at chats for awhile, but this morning was motivated to look. I wanted to see what was being said about returns. I see lots of issues. I was trying to return 2 things without a label this morning. When I went on line to print out a label THERE WAS NO LABEL SHOWN TO PRINT!! This was for both items. Called CS said there might a glitch in the system. Weird both items had no return label to print. So the lady said she emailed them to me. We'll see how that goes.

I think I am being given a push to quit ordering.

Prices are getting to high with inflation now, however, they have been creeping up all along.

Yes, Amazon returns are very easy.  This no return label change is awful.  My printer stopped working and I could not print a label.  Called customer service and they said they would mail it but I'm waiting and waiting but still no label.  it's a big hassel and shopping at QVC is no longer worth the bother.  I'm done!
