I've been on hold for an HOUR, and waiting, after having also left my number earlier for a call back that never happened.  I just tried to send TWO emails to the social team and BOTH of them bounced back.  I cannot believe that you can no longer reach a customer service person at QVC. Guess that says a lot and I'm sure these comments will get poofed.  Sad about what is happening with once was a nice place to shop.  :smileysad:

@Melzie I am sorry for the difficulties getting in touch, it sounds like you may not be using our email, please try emailing us at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com, also please include any orders and details of the issue, we will do what we can to help.

@Melzie I'm sure Susan is right and you did not have the correct email. Hopefully using the right one will get you the assistance you need.

I did use that address but it was automatically changed to just socialteam at qvc dot com. Then the reply said: Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups: The email address you entered couldn't be found. Please check the recipient's email address and try to resend the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.

In addition to my previous comments there was info on the qvc server but I cannot send it to you on this forum.  I've emailed the social team in the past without any problems until today.  If you're interested in that server info and can send me an email address I can send it to you that way.  Otherwise the issue is moot at this point.  i DID use the correct address.  Thanks.

 Try 1-800-345-1515 and ask for Customer Service. The Operator will quickly transfer you to a CSR and you'll be helped promptly. HTH.
