I wouldn't be at a mall if I was 85. I get run over and I'm still spry and can walk.

@SharkE @I've got a friend who just turned 90 and is in poor health but she still goes to the stores herself. She has had a few horrible falls that required surgery and she has never fully recovered.

She has an iPhone but really doesn't know how to use it to make her life easier. Just today I told her she needs to have a family member show her how to order for delivery or pickup. I should show her how I do it next time we get together.

I use grocery pickup because I work full time and it saves me a lot of precious time.

Re: No Ambulance Available

I hope they are ok!   It Might have been due to the storm, but this is scary-bad if a stroke, or serious life-threatening heart issues...

More and more, I have found the medical field (administratively and financially speaking) has dramatically changed since the pandemic, and none of it  for the better-  Longer waits everywhere, all the costs are split up and much higher, ( I just had a breast biopsy, and my out of pocket , with decent private insurance, deductible met,was $1800, facility, radiologist, pathologist, all separate cost). And trying to get records transferred is ridiculous... I still feel that my providers are good, but everything is such a big pain-
