Is she one of those "entertainers" who shouldn't stick their noses in politics too?

Sorry, but I can no longer watch her.  It looks like it's hard now for her to show expression with all of her fillers.  I used to be a fan.  I can't stand how she always had Keith Urban bow to her and kiss her hand at premiers like she is a queen or something.  He looked so much better without all of his procedures, too.  He is great in concert and used to look like a surfer with long blonde hair and that rugged look.  Now he looks feminine.

Charlize Theron and Nicole Kidman . . . two goddesses who are also excellent actors.

Speaking of Nicole, did you know that she was engaged to Lenny Kravitz in between Tom Cruise break up and getting together with Keith Urban? I just read that this morning on Yahoo.......I remember them dating......

Don't you find it interesting that she brings this up?  For publicity?  I know that she just acted with his daughter, but why is she always talking about her exes? For publicity?  I think it's been known for a long time she had been engaged to him.  If I were Keith, I would be really tired with her bringing her exes up all the time.  He doesn't talk about his.   I feel bad for him.

Ok, I'll go out on a limb here. I don't really follow 'celebs' but she ought to look good. People with as much money as she has, have it very easy to get all the nips and tucks and injections. I've seen her on things where I think she looks terrible...fake.

They have the money to eat the best foods, hire the best trainers, dress in the best clothing, have the best hair stylists and makeup artists...all the things that make us look better than we really are.

And I don't find her all that wonderful in her personal life. She seems attracted to men with problems. Tom...well enough said, but why would any woman fall for that stuff? Then as soon as she and Keith were married, he was off to rehab. Doesn't she think she deserves better than that, right out of the gate?

Acting skills, yep, that she has. But when it comes to her looks or her personal life, nothing there to really be impressed with, in my opinion. None of it is 'real'. Not that she is being singled out by me, I feel this way about most of Hollywood.

I like her and I am sorry she got mixed up with Tom Cruise and his Scientology. I am not sure but I believe their children shunned her after the divorce. She seems happy now. I saw Keith Urban on a talk show this week talking about how he did not think that she would date him because " she is totally out of my league". Funny, they both seem very humble and nice. I wish them the best.

@faeriemoon.  Over 25 in "movie land", think BOTOX and fillers and lipo and other surgeries are the norm...Shame, huh?

Re: Nichole Kidman

[ Edited ]

I think she is 5'11" and weighs about 115 pounds... she is really really thin. I got down to 119 pounds a year ago  at 5'8" tall and was just a bag of bones.  My Doctor told me I was too thin.  With her being three inches taller.. and thinner... can not imagine how thin she she must look.

I always really liked her.  I felt bad for her after her divorce from that nut Tom Cruise.

I hope she lays off the Botox.  For a while there, her face was very fake looking.

She does seem like a lovely person.  I am so glad she is happy now with her marriage and family.

I saw the movie "Lion" last weekend, only because the movie we wanted to see was sold out.  The story is wonderful.  However, I thought the movie dragged and was a bit boring at times.  Nicole Kidman was great in it, as usual, but her part was very small.  I would be surprised if she wins any awards for it, as I think there are probably better performances in meatier supporting roles in other movies.

I loved the movie.  The acting was stellar.  Yes, her role was small, but she was excellent as usual.
