Well, I no sooner typed my post and heard something coming on the news about Ebola so I went to the den and a lady reporter just back from Africa told about her and her colleagues arrival back to US. Unbelievable. No screening...no nothing. Airport officials unaware of instructions given for people returning here. Didn't even ask them any questions, didn't take any temperatures.... NOTHING...................... The reporter herself, asked them if there wasn't something they should do and she was very surprised they didn't even ask her anything. No big surprise to me.

That was Elizabeth Cohen and that was a number of days ago that she returned from Liberia. She's on CNN. They've since gotten a bit more of a screening together and will be implementing something at the major airports which account for the majority of international travelers. The media is hyping the heck out of this story.

. Haven't watched the news yet this morning.
He's landing in Nebraska this morning. He will be going to the hospital where the other Ebola stricken patient was successfully treated. His parents are already there waiting.
Thanks! I am concerned about these reporters who were sent over to Africa, specifically to report on Ebola that just came back and are telling about their airport experience this morning.

Thanks again! I do remember hearing that but I didn't catch the woman's name this morning and thought it was yet another reporter having the same experience. Hopefully, they will get a handle on it.
