Newborns and Germs

A FB friend of mine just became a grandmother for the first time 5 days ago.

What is your opinion of the following FB posts? I never exposed my NB to un-necessary germs.

This is when he was 2 days old:

He had his first outing in his stroller in our neighborhood and his first car ride other than the way home from the hospital. He went in Grandma's car to run an errand and meet my eye doctor and staff. Also went to Dairy Barn for misc food items.

This is from today....5 days old:

Johnny (not his real name) went to the hair dresser today with his mommy and grandma. His Mommy got a nice hair cut. Someday soon Johnny will get a hair cut but not at 5 days old. He was a hit at the salon.
