New upgraded basic Kindle for 69.00 available

Amazon's main page still shows 79.00 as the price but when you click on that ereader it shows the new price of 69.00. So far nothing else has been added. Im wanting the touch paperwhite lit screen for 119.00. The press conference didnt mention this as being with special offers. Im wondering if they will reduce it back to 99.00 a little later with special offers. Have to wait until Oct. for this one though the basic will be delivered this month.

The upgrade is crisper fonts and is faster.
