New cleaning service

I am trying out a new service today and OMG I've never heard so much banging and clanging!!! Maybe it's normal; I was never here with the former one but I'm afraid to go downstairs when they leave. Keep your fingers crossed that my next call isn't to a painting and furniture repair service.
