Save some from your non-returned purchases, if you still have them.  I've done that before with no problems.

This is the final nail in QVCs coffin as far as I'm concerned. They have been deteriorating for years starting with discontinuing 24/7 live programming. The shipping time frames are ridiculous. Their prices are not particularly competitive. And multiple emails on item status is ridiculous. One email confirming that an order was received is sufficient. I can check order status on QVC website. And don't even get me started on hosts. I'll just say - you don't build yourself up by tearing others down. There's a reason why their revenues are down.

Re: New Return Policy

[ Edited ]

We buy from Amazon and sometimes have to return. It is so easy. I think this will be the new way of returns.

I also find the employees at our UPS store friendly and helpful.

Just had a thought: anyone-- remember when purchasing on line was so new and innovative and a little scary?

@Q-Checker I do not think the Q will be concerned about your threats.

Welcome to the new world.  Everything is like this now.  Even at the airport.  I guess this old boomer will have to get used to it.  In some cases I don't mind, others, not so much.  Nothing we can do about it.
