"About the Stamp
The Ruth Bader Ginsburg stamp features an oil painting of her in her black judicial robe and iconic white collar. The stamp captures her enduring spirit and tireless dedication to upholding the principles of the Constitution.
Ethel Kessler, an art director for USPS, designed the stamp with a portrait by Michael J. Deas based on a photograph by Philip Bermingham."
"The Ruth Bader Ginsburg stamp is being issued as a *Forever Stamp* in panes of 20. Forever stamps will always be equal in value to the current First-Class Mail 1-ounce price." (ref: usps com newsroom national releases )

I ordered several sheets of this stamp today and will think of her wisdom, integrity, and service to our country each time I use them.

RBG paved the way for women to be lawyers in what was then a male dominated profession. She had wisdom courage & heart. She rocks!!
I am going to see about getting the stamps!!

I think it is great that RBG has been so honored.
Although I think it is a bit puzzling (not really!) that the first woman supreme court justice- Sandra Day O'Connor, has never been honored by the U.S. Postal Service.

@781Florist Maybe because she is 93 and alive? "most" stamps are given posthumously.
