I have never used the "mute" as much as I have today......and refuse to watch another commercial with Marie Osmond in it.

Also, I definitely know that NS will never get any of my money......and as far as QVC goes with their NS, I will never ever watch another show of their again with anything having to do with NS.......

And, have to add to this.....the first commercial I saw today was a NS commercial.....and that is when I used the "mute" for the first time today.

I tried NS. Lasted about 1-1/2 weeks. Made me so sick. Way too many chemicals in their food for my body to tolerate. If I lost weight, it was because I was so sick the whole time I tried to eat their food. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, I highly recommend Weightwatchers. Based on real food and paying attention to what you eat to change your approach to food long-term.

I love Marie! I don't buy her records or go see her shows, I just like her. She is extraordinarily beautiful, almost mesmerizing. She has wit, and a gift of gab. She does look great. I know the NS ads are photo shopped so she may look a little "too perfect", but they do that for everyone. I think she might have gained weight (not much) so she does look a little too "spanked"

I don't mind seeing Marie, better than those darn humane society ads, I turn those.

The last 2 or 3 ads she has done, have just been badly written. A little too melodramatic, and not not believable..although I do believe her. The worst was the one last year, talking about looking in the mirror. OMG, it was almost laughable. It was wriitten like a testimony from AA,

I think Marie is a good spokesperson, but they need to do something fun. She is funny, they can think of something. You can only be a spokesperson for so long before you no longer are relevant. Maybe if she talked about the struggle to stay slim and keep her weight. She could talk about a slip, and how she went right back. Something people could relate to. JMHO

I haven't seen any Jenny Craig commercials in a long time. Has anyone else? They don't have a new spokesperson? I remember they used to deluge the airwaves with commercials from New Years to Easter like crazy. What's up with that?

She is so phony, and so is Nutrisystem. They get the people that can afford personal trainers and chefs so yes they will loose weight and keep it off.

I think her mother had health issues related to her weight (diabetes?) is what the commercial is referring to.

My mom tried the Nutrisystem food, and I have to say, it is pretty unhealthy overall. Lots of sodium and such.

The good thing is if it gets someone on the road to better health, then they can control things by eating whole, fresh foods after they get the jump start.
