Just heard on TV saying scanners are sending out texts and emails about accounts being suspended.

It is a scam.

Do not open it.

That one's been all over our local news for a week. Good to post the warning.

This isn't a new scam. I've been getting them for years.

Forward the e-mail to spoof@netflix.com. In fact, if you get any messages that sound strange, forward them to the company's spoof address. Amazon, PayPal and eBay are great about getting back to you.

Re: Netflix Scam

[ Edited ]

I just got a text from Netflix Pro.  I just deleted it.  I've never gotten a text from Netflix.

I have no idea what Netflix Pro is.

I got one today saying my password needed to be changed. It gave a link to reset the password. I just signed on to Netflix on my tv and there was no password problem. The email looked very official. Those crooks are so skilled.
