There is an email  re net flix that account has been suspended and a new password is required.

This is a scam according to net flix.

Netflix is one word if the e mail has it as Net flix that is a clue that it is a fraud

Are there any legit companies that don't address us by name or acct no when they email or mail us?

I just want to add that Netflix has great customer service. I had to use it last week and the man who helped me was super. I've only had to call a few times in the last few years and was really happy with them every time.

It's safe to assume all these emails are fake; you go to the website that supposedly sent you the email to validate if the info is accurate. 99.9% of the time it's not!
