About a two weeks ago a new neighbor moved into our area. There is a fence dividing our property. I live in a townhouse and can look on their patio. They have a German Shepherd that never gets attention. He has no bed and lays on the cold ground 24/7. His dog bowls are dirty and they just throw food into the bowl and leave him. He does not drink his water or eats his food. It looks like something is in his water. His dry food is left in a bag next to his bowl. He just lays by the patio door and never gets any attention. I cry when I see this dog. He just lays by the patio door. The townhouse they live in is 2 bedroom and 2 1/2 bath. It is a good size.
I called Animal Control today and reported them. I do not think they came out. I will call them everyday until the situation is addressed. I wish I could take him and find him a good home. My heart breaks everytime I see him. If I have to speak with them, it will not be good. These people are cruel.
Why do people get dogs that do not want the responsibility? It just breaks my heart.
