Need your opinion about this camera

I posted this on electronics, but it seems like Viewpoints has more traffic, so I thought I would get some opinions over here. This is a Kodak Easy Share 14 MP, 8X digital camera with software, and after the $40 rebate would be $89.95. What is your opinion? Anyone have this model? It almost sounds too good to be true, so that is why I am checking it out.
