Hi Everyone!

Does anyone know a copy cat recipe for the Balboa's Celebration Cake? I see that the Q doesn't sell it anymore. I thought about emailing Jill Baurer, because she had her wedding cake made from them..if anyone can get the recipe or have the recipe, I would love to have it to make for my son's engagement party on the last weekend of Nov. Is there anywhere else you can get that cake? I think it was a white cake with raspberry and custard filling, divided into three layers. I don't remember what the icing was except it had tiny white choc. chips patted all around the side, and it was a round cake. Oh, I hope someone has this recipe.
