Need tips on getting "Permanent" makeup

Hi everyone,

I have decided on getting "eyebrows" and maybe "eyeliner". I know several ladies have posted in the past about permanent makeup (which is really like a tattoo).

I am 64 years old and have lost a lot of my eyebrows due to age. I am tired of putting them on every day. Rogaine will grow some of them back but I do not have good eyebrows even with Rogaine. My girlfriend had them done in Florida and they look great.

I also wear eyeliner every day. I use Latisse and have great eyelashes.

Can you give me any tips? Thanks.
