Need help finding/remembering the name of a TV show

I thought it was on BBC America, but just looked at the A-Z list of shows, and none of them ring a bell. The premise of the show is that a person/couple/family don't like certain aspects of their home, so a designer comes in to re-do the home. While it's being renovated, however, a realtor is showing them homes they could move into. At the end of the show, they show them the completed project, and they have to decide if they stay in their current house or move. TIA!!
