Did anyone keep track of the dates for Jan 31 returns?  

It gives two "sales" times but actual dates not listed.

Hope someone knows!

@Zhills.  There were no dates listed for CIJ but it was merchandise bought during CIJ shows.

I thought it was extended return dates, not free returns.

The information is on their "returns" page. Look at the bottom of the QVC page for "Returns & Exchanges" and click that.

There is no "free returns", just extended return dates.

Shop with confidence! Any purchase you make now until December 24, 2024, can be returned for any reason for a refund of the purchase price, minus the S&H and Q Return Label fee until 1/31/25, or exchanged for a free replacement of the same item in a different color or size.  Restrictions may apply.

It is, just worded it differently, sorry. 

Still haven't seen anything saying when "now" is.

From "now" til Dec 24!

Holiday Return Policy: Any purchase you make now (20 September) until December 24, 2024 can be returned for any reason for a refund of the purchase price, minus the S&H and Q Return Label fee until 1/31/25, or exchanged for a free replacement of the same item in a different color or size.
