Your employer is either having money flow problems or she is not reliable. Either way, if she doesn't pay you, file a claim in Small Claims Court. It's not difficult.

If you quit, let your lady know that you will be back to care for her after she fires the agency.

I still didn't receive the money this morning, it should post tomorrow, the 18th. I think 3 days late is not acceptable as I was counting on it to pay bills. She did say she will post it sooner next time so I should get it by the dates due. Why didn't she do that in the first place?? Thats a good idea about working for my client w/o the agency. I'll give her one more chance, thanks for the idea~Smile

The client probably as a contract. Since the owner of the agency is a lawyer, I wouldn't doubt that it is illegal for an employee and client to quit the agency and continue their professional relationship.
