Need advice on bee removal

I have noticed in the last couple of weeks, some bees hovering around my bedroom patio which is upstairs- Had some caulking done this week and the workers seemed to think they were coming from a certain spot - one of the corner tiles in my tile roof, which was replaced (the roof) about 18 months ago-

Haven't seen a hive and am wondering, do you need a special bee person or can any exterminator handle this? Is it really expensive? Do they tend to come back?(the bees)

Any and all recommendations welcome-
