Need Help With Cover Letter....

They list some qualifications in the job description and I have addressed some of those in my cover letter but not all of them. They said college graduate preferred and previous office experience a plus.

In my letter, I addressed that I took business courses but did not have a college degree. what should I put after that? "please don't hold that against me and trash this email", LOL???
