Both of the blonde girls are Princess Anne's grandchildren.  The older one is Savannah.

Isla Phillips is the other girl.

Just found out who the older two girls standing next to Prince William. They are Eloise and Estella Taylor. Their mother is Lady Helen Taylor, daughter of the Duchess of Kent.
