Need Book Recommendation for Cooking/Baking Without Electricity

I was attempting to find one at Amazon, but I'm not sure which book pertaining to the subject is the best.

I'm thinking of a book with info from the 1800's....like how do you bake bread & other items without electricity? Any suggestions?
