Nativity question..

Hi friends!

Growing up my parents always put out the Nativity, but baby Jesus magically appeared on Christmas day. Dh's family had each sibling take a turn from year to year to put Jesus out whenever they put up their tree. Since we've had children, we've gone with my family's tradition and so far and my kids enjoy the "surprise" on Christmas morning. One year when I was a new mommy I almost forgot to put Jesus out{#emotions_dlg.crying}

Out of curiosity, how do you do yours?
