Princess Kate has my DEEPEST sympathies!❤ Her cancer diagnosis and speculation have been relentless fodder for the press, but everyone deserves a modicum of privacy! I will not accept it as truth until REPUTABLE sources provide an official update from the palace; though it certainly is plausible.🥰

Of course, I don't know if it's true or not, but I do think whatever cancer she has is very serious and I wouldn't be surprised if it was ovarian.  I admire her and think she is a wonderful addition to the Royal Family.

I love Kate, and think she is doing a fantastic job representing the royal family.  She is the perfect wife and mother of three young children.  I am praying for her recovery, along with millions of other people.

The National Enquirer pays informants so maybe someone at the hospital is a rat.  This same paper is in our news for paying to kill stories.

Unless the story comes from the mouths of the individuals or named spokespeople for the individual, I take it with a grain of salt. If the souce is "a friend of" "a spokesman for" "a palace insider", it usually means it's made up.

National Enquirer is actually worse than I ever thought they were and I'm satisfied with my decision to never buy it or read it since the death of Princess Diana. Trash, manipulative "journalism".

The National Enquirer is probably not the "best source" but I think based on what we do know it was either going to be this kind of cancer, colon, or cervical. Hopefully, it was caught early and didn't spread.
