NYS Refund...any one else have issues?

NY State accepted my return on Feb. 3rd. I have about $3500 being refunded.

Their web site said there were isues with my return and if I receive a letter in the mail in the next 60 days, I should respond immediately. No letter ever arrived.

Now they said my return has been pocessed and my check will be issued on April 26th.

That is about 12 weeks from the time they got my return.

Anyon else having delays?????
