@Kachina624 wrote:If you think Logo is bad today, just wait until tomorrow when we have hours and hours of My Pillow. Now that is inhumane torture. I'm always in wonderment as to how someone can talk about a pillow that long. Jay King is on HSN tomorrow so I'll be looking at rocks, if I watch TV at all.
By the way, I tried My Pillow and hated it.
Me too.

I do not watch QVC during the day unless there is a TSV I want to see. We all know what to expect. Not many new items.

@Shanus wrote:An entire day of either LOGO or IT....Wow. Maybe the 2 shows that are already on almost every day could be interrupted with something else? Just tooooo much!
Hi to you @Shanus,
Maybe a couple hours or so ago, I replied to your 3 recording limit. Thus I am aware you have a time shifting device. Since you mentioned "conflicts", I am assuming you may have "previously recorded" shows on your device.
Now might be a good day for you to watch 1 or more of them. Again, the word "assume", that you record only shows you want to watch, right?
I'm out,

Okay, why did I just imagine a Logo shirt on a My Pillow?![]()
I blame my insomnia.
I have been up for over 24 hours straight.

@hckynut.....Yes, we do have a DVR. My problem is that if 2 shows are recording at the same time, it knocks out a 3rd show previously set to record. If I have set my DVR, for example, to record IT COSMETICS whenever it's on, the DVR doesn't know what's pre-recorded or not. It goes ahead and records the IT show during the night (pre-recorded) & if I had 2 other programs on other channels set to record over night, one of them gets knocked off. Confusing, but true. The DVRs have an option called "Series Manager" & you can pre-set shows to record as one time or every time they appear. That's the issue. So looks like we may be getting the Dish. Thanks for replying.

@Kachina624. Pillows most of the day? Say it isn't so!!! Wasn't there a big "to do" about the stuffing not being the same as advertised? Maybe pending legal actions? Hope these aren't the same pillows. Anyone have info? Not purchasing, just interested.

Googled MY PILLOW. Class Action lawsuit just settled for claims that founder falsely claimed he was sleep expert & pillow could cure leg cramps, fibromyalgia, sleep apnea, etc. ....And the Q is selling these pillows to their customers? Buyer beware.

@Shanus Now that you mention it, I do recall a ruckus about something to do with My Pillows. Can't remember the details but apparently they overcame the problem.

Hey @Shanus,
I understand your situation. Dish, with the regular Hopper or the Hopper Sling, only record 3 programs at the same time. They also work similar to the DVR you described. It has the Series and and other choices. Those Hoppers do however allow you to set "Program Priority", which you can prioritize the shows. If there is a conflict, the #1 priority show will override the #2 or #3 shows.
The Hopper 3 is not a perfected device, not too many electronics fall into that category. It does however eliminate conflicts, and since my wife's retirement, we have no recording conflicts any more. Dish Network had a special and we got the upgrade for free, install and all. This Hopper 3 and Joey, will also be ready for 4k when they start broadcasting in that much higher resolution. It's a win, win for our home.

Thank you John ![]()
I can't watch the Q all day (even for background noise) as I used to because of this exact problem. Same show over and over and over and over.
I thought it was just me that was aggravated. EVERY single "channel flip" I did today brought me to Logo shows. I couldn't believe it.
Enough is enough QVC! First, the Logo brand only appeals to a certain amount of people. I, for one, would look like a bag lady in the many layers she offers. I am only 5"1". There is nothing in her brand that I can wear. I am pretty sure I am not the only short person in your audience.
I appreciate that there are many Logo lovers that watch QVC, and am happy if they are finding great clothes for their wardrobe. It was a great day for them. I personally think Logo prices have tripled since she came to QVC. $56.- $60. T-SHIRTS??? Really??
What about the rest of the viewers? At least throw in some other shows (and NOOO not Dyson, and not Kitchenaide). What has happened to the buying team?
I stopped checking today. I couldn't handle it. Yes! I used my remote ![]()
Today (as it is now 2:53am) will be a day of pillows. How much can one say about a pillow? I feel bad for the hosts nowadays. There are only so many creative words to describe a pillow.
I will proudly admit, though, I LOVE "My Pillow". I am aware about the false claims, and I am sure he has cleared up whatever he was claiming. I have three of them on my bed, and in the whopping snowstorms we have had (and another today), I sure am a happy camper just cuddling down in my bed and reading.
Pillows are a personal like or dislike. I am one of the "like" LOL ![]()
QVC needs to get it together. I have found that almost every single item (minus their own brands aka Susan Graver) I can find for the exact same price, exact same item at Sam's Club. Sam's has a 90 day return policy, and if I am lazy and decide to order online, 90% of the time they have free shipping.
There is nothing "only on the Q" anymore. Even Lori Grenier's twisty exercise thing she brings to the Q is in Rite-aid (a drugstore) now for $39.00. In all the colors!
