I want to buy a Nespresso to make espresso and cappuccino. There are so many versions, I'm losing my mind reading about them all.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

IT'S GOING TO BE A GREAT DAY!

I love my Nespresso machine.  I have had it for several years.  I have the Vertuo one and also the milk frother.  I LOVE coffee but since getting this I rarely buy coffee at Starbucks or any other coffee shops.  It is really good. I use half and half in my frother but milk works well too.

Stop looking.  Buy a Nespresso and call it a day.

@catlover7777   VIRTUOPLUS Delux is wonderful.  From everything that I've read,  avoid the NEXT machine.

Gave a VirtuoPlus to my sister for her birthday several years ago and did so much research that I wound up getting on too.  Great little machine.

I would recommend the version that takes the original pods, the bigger pods are a lot more expensive.  My daughter was given the version with the larger pods and she says mine that takes the smaller pods tastes a lot better.

I just ordered her the inissia from the Q for a christmas present.  That is the model I have and like the most.  My other daughter has that model also.

@catlover7777  Personally, I think the Vertuo machines are the best, unless you want one of the extremely expensive Original models.

I would stay away from their Vertuo Next models.  Their first Next was a disaster and had very poor reviews.  They may have a newer model, but I wouldn't take the chance.

I've had the Vertuo Plus for 2 years and I absolutely love it!  Dependable, cup after cup.  It has excellent reviews across the board, and is moderately priced (about $125).

Enjoy, whatever you decide.

I love mine that takes original capsules but then I don't drink coffee--just espresso or a ice latte with a couple of espesso shots in it.

IF You are a coffee drinker you need the machines that take the larger pods--which makes espresso AND large coffe sizes.  Depends on what you drink most.  So we have an original for me and a Vertuo for my husband.
