I changed my nic a few months ago to DoneTryin which came about as I had just been quite exasperated about a technology problem & temporarily gave up working on it

My dad used to call me shorty as a kid (on up at times too), and he used to say when you (me) reach 40 I will still call you shorty.. So shorty2U means I'm shorty to my dad, he is the U.

And for the record I am not short as an adult, he just started that when I was short being I was a kid then. (I thought about changing it, but sadly he passed away 5 years ago so I kept the name in his remembrance).

My user name on this forum is NC Bandwagon. NC is short for Nick Chavez, because Nick Chavez is my favorite vendor on QVC and I really like Nick's products.

Mine is the name of my dog pictured in my avatar.  I had to add 7500 because a few months back this site wouldn't let me sign in anymore. It made me sign in with a new name. I still haven't figured out why that was the case.
