We had a batch of kittens born and one of them couldn't open her eyes. She was basically blind for about 3 months. In those 3 months she was my spoiled baby.
I carried her allot because if I put her down she'd get scared and cried. She always liked to be around my face because she followed the sound of my voice. Anyway her eyes finally opened at about 3 months. She is now 7 months old and the most loving cat. I still baby her more then the others and she hasn't grown as much as the others. She still likes to be around my face and my shoulders. But she has this one habit of biting my lips and my nose. And quite hard. She has drawn blood a few times. She did that a bit as a kitten but it was more of a nibble and I thought it had something to do with her not being able to see. Anyway, I think it might be her way of telling me she loves me cause the more she purrs and the more loving she becomes the more and harder she bites. I'm not sure what to do about it. I've tried yelling no, pushing her away with her nose. She just bends her ears back and goes after my lips again. Anyone have any ideas on how I can make her stop?
