My Easter Entree EXPLODED, NO I'm NOT KIDDING!!!

{#emotions_dlg.crying}I had put 3 pork tenderloins in the oven to cook as I always do for Easter. Took them out to check the temp and the whole glass dish I had them in a 9 x 13 pan, exploded. How in the world i didn't get one sliver of glass in my is beyond comprehension. The noise was so loud that my daughter heard it on the next floor of our house. I have glass shards now embedded in the wall that was behind me. I guess I really did have a guardian angel watching over me. I have used this pan many times and never ever in my 62 years of life have I seen anything like this.

I had all of the other side dishes covered so they were okay. Hubby went to KFC, got chicken and we had that with all of my homemade sides. What a day!!!!{#emotions_dlg.blink}
