@beckyb1012 I agree, I really liked Alan as well. He is really really nice too, well, they all were. 

I also liked David Cassidy. I've not actually met THAT many famous people but I have spent time with his exwife Kay Lenz. That was also SO long ago. She was very nice, funny, and creative. She was already divorced from David for a few years so she never brought up his name.

We were in Vegas with my grandparents. They would take us to see the Osmond's a few times a year. We were suppose to play tennis the following day with Donny and Jay. My grandpa said he had to work and couldn't stay an extra day. We begged and pleaded.  Needless to say, we were devastated. For years I told him it was his fault Donny didn't marry me.

My aunt ended up dating Jay, she lived in Utah for awhile. She spent some time with that family for the couple years she was there going to college. 

I never got to date him.

What a wonderful time period sitting on shag carpeting and watching all those great shows and hearing them sing to each and everyone of us and only us!!

I watched but closed my eyes some on Tom Jones' show, he was almost naughty for this little girl.
