Music from the Q

I'm curious if I am the only one that has this issue- but the music from the station needs a "tune-up". In the commercials there is a drag and it "bugs" me. When Mannheim Steamroller was on with their music- there were drags that just ruined the performance. I was wondering if its just my tv or is this universal. The music plays- then drags and picks up normal speed again. Wondering if i'm alone with this. Thanks
