Muffuletta Sandwiches

This is my favorite sandwich and I don't live in an area that sells these and I can't find all of the ingredients........I was watching Lidia's Italy and she was showing how to make this sandwich and went to the Central Grocery Store in New Orleans........I have been there of course 20 years ago on business and I had to go to that store for days.........I love Central Grocery..........

So here is what is included in the sandwich....on Lidia's recipe that I can't find in the our stores.

Muffuletta bread............where would I get this?? What can be used to replace this bread?

Capicola? What can replace this?

Mortadella? What can replace this?

I would love to make these sandwiches for me..........or when I have someone over........probably me they are expensive. THANK YOU.
