Mr. Rebates

Is anyone else having this problem? I am no longer getting my points on purchases from Mr. Rebates. I contacted them and was told it is up to the Q to "notify" them when purchases are made. The Q tells me: Sometimes you may not receive the points/cash back. When this happens, you must inform the loyalty site. The loyalty site will then process the necessary transascions to credit the customer through the arrangements and terms of that loyalty site accounts. It can take up to 60 days for the customer to actually see a cash back credit amount in her loyalty account". This has never happened to me in the past and I am wondering if this is something new, or if anyone else has experienced this problem. Any feedback will be appreciated. Thanks.
