Mr. Rebates

I have always received points/cash back when making purchases thru Mr. Rebates until recently. That has stopped completely. I contacted Mr. Rebates and they told me it was up to QVC to "notify" them when purchases are made. Now the Q tell me when I do not receive the points/cash back I need to inform the loyalty site. The loyalty site will then process the necessary transactions to credit the customer through the arrangements and terms of the loyalty site account. Is anyone else having this problem? This had only been within the last month. Would appreciate any input
