Discover Deals (formerly shopdiscover.com) is usually has a 5% QVC rebate. Around the holidays it was 10%.

So far in 2015, that one percent change would have cost me 42 cents.

On the other side of the coin, my credit card is offering 5% back on grocery purchases this quarter instead of their usual one percent. I haven't calculated my savings, but we're talking groceries, so much bigger!

There is something wrong with Mr. Rebates. After years of getting acknowledgement of my purchases like clockwork, despite about 15 qualified purchases on QVC and HSN since the middle of December. I've received not one notice. It's a real hassle to go back and claim them.
