I'm in Pa and it seems like we get nuisance snows every other day or so. Later today we're to get 1-3" of snow, but mixed with ice which makes it very hard to shovel. We just had that on Thurs. Then next week, Tues., Thurs. and Sat. I'm tired of it.

Snow, freezing rain and sleet for Jersey!

Accuweather and all the local news went nuts saying we should have received at lesat 3" snow overnight.  We didn't get anything. We'll see how today goes.

We have an annual International Cross-country ski race next weekend and how much snow will determine  Monday whether it runs the normal course or not? 11,000 skiers and 10,000 spectators invade our small town area. Traffic is all rerouted and a bridge put up to take skiers over the highway.

Surprisingly it doesnt bring in alot of business as many ski and leave town, not spending much money, unlike Snowmobilers. My poor neighbor is in charge of Public Works to coordinate. Snow is hauled in to cover main street. 3 to 6 inches expected.

Imagine that! It's winter, and it's snowing in places where it snows in the winter. We've had seemingly more than our share of winter weather in SW Michigan and guess what? We're about 15" behind in snowfall.

Mid Atlantic states and PA & up to New Jersey are going to get a least 3 more bouts of snow by the time February closes.  States that usually hit the 6" snow fall are getting 12:" and vice versa.  2 years ago, we didn't get a drop of snow through the entire winter.  2016 we (Maryalnd)  got 32" of snow in one day. That year we had more snow than Boston.

I don't pay attention and it's not until I see the are schools closed or on a delayed opening posts on the neighborhood FB page that I know something's supposed to happen, maybe!

We haven't had too much snow this year, but keep getting sleet and ice and cold temptatures.

I can't wait for warmer weather.  This is the reason I hate winter.

There are so many car accidents.

And, our heating bill was $525 for this past  month and the month before that it was over $400.

There is nothing about winter that I like.
