More Weird Sightings at My Local Walmart

My husband and I were at Walmart over the weekend. It was very cold and blustery in our neighborhood (suburb of Chicago). There was a young woman wearing a hoody sweatshirt without any pants under it! She was wearing it like a dress. No tights either. Granted she was thin and it didn't look too bad, but what was she thinking?
