Right now I am almost finished with FAMILY PICTURES by Jane Green. I have read some of her books and enjoyed them but don't care for this one, it gets a bit boring in parts. Next on my list will be mystery, Susan Hill (another British writer) has a detective series with Simon Serrailler solvilng the crimes. I read THE VARIOUS HAUNTS OF MEN a few months ago and enjoyed it, so I hope THE VOWS IF SILENCE is as good.

As a fellow mystery reader I am always on the hunt for new books! I love Peter Robinson, Tanya French, Debra Crombie, Robert Galbraith (J Rowling). Also M Connelly,( Bosh ) novels.I use to like P. Cromwell, but her novels have gone way down, after the first few. Will have to check out the ones you said.I hope others write in so I can get more ideas. A Xmas gift Barnes and Noble is always a way to go!

If you enjoy books on hauntings/mystery books you might enjoy the four books in the series of Tradd Street by Karen White. I am reading the fourth one right now and really enjoy the progression of her life with her family and friends in the fine old homes of Charleston.

The first one is The House on Tradd Street. I love series.

Gone Girl just begs for a sequel. Need to see them as parents.
