@dex I may have to try keeping a snack size bag of mixed nuts or something with me. It is terrible to be driving home and feel like I haven't eaten all day even though I have.

@TaylorBrown I have another tip for you about the nuts...in order to avoid over eating them make sure they are unsalted or unsweetened.Those are the triggers for overeating for a lot of people and try to eat them before you are starving.

entire frozen cheesecake -- eaten directly from the freezer.
