Found this today and since my day has been a bit stressful thought it was fitting.

 

STRESS DIET

 

Breakfast 

1/2 grapefruit

1 slice whole wheat toast

8 oz skim milk

 

Lunch

4 oz lean broiled chicken breast

1/2 cup steamed zucchini

1 Oreo cookie

Herb tea

 

Mid-afternoon snack 

Rest of package of Oreos

1 qt. Rocky Road ice cream

1 jar Hot Fudge

 

DInner

2 loaves garlic bread

large pepperoni and mushroom pizza

large pitcher of beer

3 Milky Way candy bars

entire frozen cheesecake -- eaten directly from the freezer.

I love this diet & since I've been stuck at home (after surgery) having the "saloon style door" put on my fridge is perfect!!! 😉😉😉🤣🤣🤣🤣

Oh, that is funny...lol    Sad to say, I used to eat that way.  I was good until 3:30 or 4pm and then I couldn't get enough carbs, fat and sugar.  I became an eating machine.

This is real.  Like one of the other posters, I can make it through the end of my shift, but on the way home I feel like I coul eat a cow some days.  Other days I'm just fine.

@TaylorBrown I like to snack at three so that I am not ready to eat the whole cow at dinner.I usually have a few almond or walnuts..... that's what works for me.
