Mixed up delivery

If you received a package by accident -- wrong name but to your address -- something you did not order -- would you keep it?

I placed an order online last week for something (not Q) and expected it early this week (obviously not Q). So being Thursday -- I went on to check the tracking since I thought it should have been here by now.

My package was delivered to another address -- near me -- on Monday! I called the business and they are shipping out a new order to me and going to check into why no one reported the mix up from the other address. The CS rep I spoke with said it sounds like they kept it!
